Summary

In Episode 26 of Life of the Final Messenger ﷺ, we witness one of the most powerful and transformative moments in Islamic history: The Conquest of Makkah. After the Quraysh violated the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, the Prophet ﷺ prepared a large army and marched toward Makkah. The Muslims advanced with discipline and humility, determined to restore peace and justice. Along the way, Abu Sufyan encountered the Muslim army and came to realize the strength and resolve of the believers. When the Muslims entered Makkah, the Prophet ﷺ ensured that the city was taken peacefully with minimal conflict. The idols surrounding the Kaʿbah were removed, restoring the sacred sanctuary to the worship of Allah alone. In a moment that stunned many of his former enemies, the Prophet ﷺ declared a day of mercy, granting forgiveness and amnesty to the people of Makkah. This episode highlights mercy, leadership, and the fulfillment of a mission that began years earlier.
