you know, I thought it would be appropriate.

I wanted to share some things as part of a process for me, but also as something just

to kind of pay it forward.

And you know, one of the things, Joseph McClendon called me a couple times last week and

he was just getting kind of give me some encouragement and some tools to help polish some of

my memories and kind of go through some of the grieving process.

And he said, just start journaling.

Just start writing down things that you remember from your dad, right?

And so I started doing that.

And if you came into the office right now, like if you go out to the conference table,

like it's full of cards that I either wrote my dad or my dad wrote me or there's

pictures everywhere, you know, there's flowers and I almost say it looks like a shrine, but

it's just kind of where I've been getting away and just kind of, you know, creating perspective

and creating meaning of everything that's going on and I thought one of the

cool things that would be that that I think I could pay forward to you all maybe you all can get

some insight from some of this going on within your lives because I don't know where what fight

you guys are fighting but I started saying you know what I'm going to write down 10 things today number one to share with you guys because I see you guys this family and number

two is just kind of a meaning therapy for me 10 things that I learned from my dad and uh and I

literally got this list I started with 10 and I ended up going 10 and going down and then I flipped

over it on the back.

Yeah, I got to like 21, 26.

I think there's another page, but like literally I just started writing.
