I am doing so fantastic. I had a wonderful day

started by a great breakfast. What'd you have for breakfast? I had Greek yogurt with blueberries

and fresh, raw California honey. Absolutely. Well, that sounds delicious. I had one banana and coffee.

Oh, that's a shitstorm right there. Oh, man.

I mean, that's why I do it.

Listen, so today we're going to be getting into some heavy stuff. I was talking to Amber. I was like, what do you want to talk about? First show back in the New Year, back in Hollywood, baby. And she says, I want to talk about rape in the military. Really light topic. No, you said, have we talked about rape in the military yet?

And in my mind, I'm like, you kind of would have remembered that, you'd think. Yeah. And so, no, we haven't, and we'll bring it up later. And I got, while I was on vacation in New York, I got a lovely note from the beautiful Holden McNeely. I can't believe I called him beautiful.

He is beautiful. And the world of centaurs, he's beautiful. Yes, yes. For a slug, he's very pretty. But he made a note that on our sadder episodes, they're just sad. And we are a comedy podcast.

I wanted to take that note to heart knowing that this wasn't going to be a happy go lucky podcast

So before we got started I figured it'd be nice if we just did like if I did if I wrote like a fun little bit
