Let me tell you something, I have got got we've got to address this so I just feel like

there's a lot of shit going on. There's just a lot of shit going on there's a lot of change occurring there's a lot of

ups and downs and side to size and rearranging and getting to where we need to get to and I honestly think that this is the tone of the year.

The tone of the year is just a lot of shit going on. It is. I mean in the news cycle is a lot of shit and our personal lives is a lot of shit and our friends

personal lives. It's a lot of shit it's just everything is going on this year has

got it going on in every sense of the word indeed and for me I'm just trying to keep all the different things I have

going going. Right. And the podcast is one of those things, but I'm telling you is literally like bombs over

Baghdad every day.
