swimming, and I was doing it every single day, and I've had to stop actually,

because I've had COVID again. Me and a wife have both had COVID, and I'm just

sort of coming out the other end of it. I'm about 60% back to sort of full fitness,

but I'm not ready to go swimming again. But when I was doing it every day,

there was a sign at the end, and it said success is different for everyone.

So define what success means to you and celebrate often. And I used to look at

it all the time. And you know, it's not just pulsied wisdom. This is a profound
