And what I'm going to talk about today is automating your life, bringing personal systems into your life.

I was talking to a guy the other day. I talked to lots of people and they all think that I don't do anything at all and I say to them, why do you think that? Who's who's producing these podcast episodes? Who's running this business? Who's doing this? Who's doing that? I've just written a book

Where do you think that all comes from and they go well well, it's about you you don't look like you're doing

anything and I say no I don't because I've automated my life and I try to

remove decisions and especially those decisions around us all the time to free up more time for my life and do the things that I want to do and just enjoy myself.

Crack on when I'm working and look like I'm totally retired

for the rest of the time.

Because from the moment we wake up to the time we go to bed we're just faced with

countless choices and I think it's draining and it can drain your energy and it can

drain your energy to make it harder to really focus on what's important.

But if you bring in personal systems and automate your life and you create routines and

systems that simplify the sort of repetitive tasks,
