Welcome once again to the Conversations, That Better Podcast, I'm your coach, John Harris.

0:17.8

One of the things that you've heard me talk about over the years, and lately I've

0:22.5

talked about it a little bit more, is this problem of psychology being integrated into

0:30.7

Christian theology, specifically through counseling. And I'm not saying that all psychology is

1:22.0

He is also the host of the Transform show

1:25.9

at Fortis Institute.

1:27.2

Welcome, Dr. Gifford. Thank you for being here to discuss

1:29.7

this. Thanks, John. Thanks for having me. So you just came out with a book on this topic,

1:36.2

and I know it's through a major publisher, which is impressive to me that a major publisher would

1:42.1

take an interest in this topic. Why do you think people are so interested in this topic now?

1:47.7

Do you think it's because of the MAHA movement and wanting to seek healthful food options,

1:54.1

but now it's also into the realm of psychology and therapy?
