Summary

My “Lies Feminists Tell" Tour just ended a couple of weeks ago, and I want to share a few things I kept hearing on campuses like Boston College and UC-Berkeley. There is an interesting trend taking place in regards to how pro-choice students describe their position on abortion... and it's very telling about the future of this debate. Make sure to subscribe on iTunes or on YouTube. New episodes every Thursday: !bit.ly/ExplicitlyPro-Life

Me? Trigger someone? Never. Well, you weren't on the Lys Femistel Spring Tour,

0:07.2

As you all know, I go on campuses every semester and I deliver a speech to audiences pro-life and pro-abortion. So this semester was probably our

0:42.0

most exciting semester yet. We had fewer events, but larger events, got a lot more attention

0:49.4

from the pro-abortion movement on campuses, which is exactly what we want. I don't take time away

0:57.8

from my family, from my children, no offense, to go lecture other pro-lifers about how to be more

1:04.7

pro-life. The reason I sacrifice that time away from my family, away from my children, is because I want to go and

1:12.9

I want to start changing minds. I want to start planting seeds of doubt within self-described pro-choice

1:20.2

students. So I want to start today's episode by just going through some of the big objections I heard. So every speech is pretty much the same

1:31.2

that I give with, you know, I gave this semester. It followed the same kind of script. I added

1:37.2

a couple few things, depending on where I was at. But it was pretty much the same about the

1:41.7

lies that we hear from the feminist movement, right? That, uh, the mainstream feminist movement, that sex is without consequence, that hormonal birth

1:49.7

control, dangerous hormonal birth control is, is needed in order for me to be free.

1:55.1

Um, that abortion is, uh, safe and, and nothing.

2:00.6

Um, and that abortion is also needed for my freedom and then the the fifth one

2:06.0

I kind of talked about this semester was about how the ERA the equal rights amendment we're calling

2:10.5

everything related to abortion act is somehow going to be needed to be passed and to assure

2:16.2

our quality so I talked about all of those different

2:20.2

myths. I also talked about first wave feminism, how the first wave and many of the second

2:25.7

way feminists were actually pro-life and how it was two men who hijacked the pro-abortion movement.

2:31.7

But you can watch that video on Facebook, our Students for Life
