uh expected to be their director of called scouting i want to talk a little bit about that and then

So let's talk about John Ritcher.

The Giants hired the college scouting executive for the Texans, which is like, you know,

there's a co title with somebody else there with the Texans, John Richer.

A little bit of his resume is, you know, 2011, Dolphin Scouting Assistant, went and became

a scout with the Cardinals for two years, then went back to the Dolphins as a scout,

and then went back to the Cardinals as an area scout from 2015 to 17.

2018 went to the Texas to become an area scout.

And then in 2019, became a National Scout for the Texans.

And then later, we're promoted the co-director of college scouting.

So there is overlap there with Joe Shane in Miami as well as Donna Ponte and then
