I brought balance to my life, balance to my career, and just it's naturally evolved into this beautiful thing.

Of course, I've wanted to control it and change the narrative and keep going down a certain path without embracing it.

But, you know, I can really tell that Lightworkers lounge has taken more of an astrology-based

turn, but I've just fallen in love with the stars.

What can I say?

It's incredible, the remembrance that astrology can give you.

You know, we're dropped onto this earth and it's like,

ready, set, go. Be a human. Have fun. There's guns and violence and wars and fires and go at it.

And it's our job to bring balance to this human experience. And life is a journey. journey, astrology is a map.

And it's just, it's such a great tool.

So JL sent me a TED talk on Instagram morning, and it was this wonderful woman talking about,

she actually looked like Lear, beautiful, just elegant, classic. She said, when you say no, you're saying

an even deeper yes to something else. Do you get what that means? What that means is when you tell

someone or something or yourself, no, something else gets a yes.

When you say no to plans with someone or people that just drain your energy, you're saying

as a byproduct, yes to spending time with yourself or with people that lift your energy up
