The podcast episode with Lori Morrison,

Intuitive, Animal Guide.

She came on the podcast when it was called Light Workers Lounge to discuss her book

called Power Animals. And it is to this day one of my favorite books because it's so

beautifully written, very easy to flip through whenever you see an animal or an animal speaks to

whether in dream meditation or in real life. It's such a good book.

And I often think about her teachings because for me, it's birds and it's always been birds.

Birds, hawks, owls, hummingbirds who are joining me on the podcast right in front of me as I speak.

They just find me and they flocked me and I love this.

And throughout my life, I've tried to take in a little bit of spirituality and learn about it from other people, but always using my gut and my truth to say, what resonates with me and what

doesn't. I think it's so important to apply the theory of you know you best.

Don't allow the people tell you what to eat and drink that's best for you.

Go out and experiment and have fun and learn what feels good to you,

whether it's your diet or your religion or your spiritual beliefs.

But anyways, last night I woke up at 3 a.m.

This full moon is already keeping me awake.

I don't like her.

She's in my sixth house of health, keeping me awake saying, hey, you didn't work out today.

Don't think you drank enough water today.

But around 3 o'clock in the morning, I'm lying there awake, thinking, come on.
