prisoners. Think of it like this. If I wanted to heal a disease on my hands, if I had some sort of

inflammation, I could put a topical ointment on there, a cream that might be able to temporarily

soothe the symptoms, but it's coming from inside my body. The better thing to do

is to holistically heal the inside of me. If I can take care of the inside and make that healthy,

eventually that that healthiness begins to work its way out through my body to the very outsides

of me and then I'm healthy truly healthy that's God's way of doing things a tree grows

starting from a seed a root and then it grows up and through the inside of that trunk it pushes
