Welcome to Out To Lunch, the podcast which does exactly what its title says.

I get a truly fascinating person, I get a booking at a really great restaurant, I order

loads and loads of food, I top up their glass of there, that kind of person, and I ask

them all the sort of prying questions in the nicest possible way.

This time it's the brilliant singer, songwriter, Leanne LaHavace.

I got a call shortly before the show from my manager at the time saying, don't mean to

alarm you, Steven Wonders coming to the show.

Leanne LaHavace had just one dietary requirement, it needed to be vegan, I had a long hard think

and then I realised the solution was the restaurant mayor of Charlotte Street in London of the

brilliant chef Monica Galetti. She is one of the judges on mass chef the professionals and as

I'm a judge on master chef that means that we are colleagues and therefore I could not review

her restaurant, I'm very disappointed about that. But what I did find was that she has a vegetarian

stroke vegan tasting menu and she said she could adapt all the dishes to be vegan which meant

that I had the perfect excuse finally to eat at Monica's place and I also think she'll

feed Leanne LaHavace very well too.
