with it. Okay, Liams, thanks so much for joining us. It's been a little over two weeks as we

record this that you've been in the job now at Chelsea Football Club. How have you settled in?

And what's your initial kind of takeaways as you've gotten to know this team and the club.

It's been really enjoyable. It's been a real challenge with the amount of games that we've

had in the time of the season, but I've thoroughly enjoyed every moment so far.

What's made it even more enjoyable is the group of players that I've worked with. The staff

have been so welcoming as well.

It feels like I've been there a lot longer than two weeks.

It's a really good sign.

And I've enjoyed working with the players and seeing their engagement

in what we're trying to achieve.

William, you managed at Derby, Hull and Strasbourg.

What was it that made you feel you were ready for this step up at one of the biggest clubs in the world at Chelsea?

I think everybody has their own history.

You know, everybody starts somewhere.

If you look at my career in terms of what I've achieved at those clubs and what we've done,

it's always been a successful

path in comparison to the level that the club started in. So why can't I do it here? The game is the
