Once upon a time there was a boy named Liam, and Liam had a bedroom on the top floor of his house,

and in his bedroom there was a great big window overlooking his backyard.

One summer night, when he couldn't sleep, he got up and he just sat there looking

out the window.

And as he looked out the window, he thought he saw something flying through the night sky.

At first he thought it was just an airplane until it started to get bigger

and brighter and faster and louder until it got so close and then it went and crashed in the backyard

right behind his house.

So he ran down the stairs and ran outside in his pajamas into the summer night.

And he ran and ran and ran until he got right to where the shooting star had crashed.

And as he got closer, it got brighter and brighter until he was standing

right at the edge of the crater where it hit, and he looked down and he couldn't believe what he saw.

It was a great big egg. Not a chicken egg. Not even an ostrich

egg. This was a huge egg. It was like the size of lamb. And as he looked at it, still trying

to figure out what he was even looking at, the egg started to crack.

And it cracked more and it started to shake back and forth.

And then he saw a claw reach out of the egg.

And it reached over the side of the shell.

And then another claw reached out.

And then a foot kicked out.

And then the whole shell broke.

And Liam was shocked at what he saw.
