We're going to be picking up in Leviticus Chapter 20.

Once again, we don't have to do a ton of recap

because this isn't sort of narrative, right?

So it's not like the story so far.

It's we're reading commandments, right?

Sort of quote-unquote legislative material, but commandments.

And the chapter breaks are mostly in good places in here.

Obviously, chapter breaks are added much later,

but they're mostly at places where the

topic changes for the most part. And that's the case here. So there's kind of a little bit of a

shift of topic here. So we don't need to review all the stuff from last time. And in fact,

some of what we're going to read now here in chapter 20 in particular

is going to recap some of what we read last time because we saw the heading,

punishments for lawbreakers.

And this is, we'll talk about whether that's a good heading.

But basically, this is going to be referring back to some of the commandments that we just read about in the early material.

And what do you do when someone doesn't follow them?

Right.

Because it's one thing to say, don't, forgot to say, don't do this.

And you need to make sure someone doesn't do it.
