If there's one thing we've learned over the last four years,

is that when the President tweets something that causes the stock market to go down,

it's a mistake to sell.

This President hates being blamed for lower stock prices.

So when he tweets up, he accruises the market,

like putting a caribouche on the stimulus,

and he goes, you know, today,

you have to expect a second tweet storm,

where he either reverse himself or offset some of the damage.

And that's it happening last night with the Dow surge 531 points today.

That's going to be a 1.7% percent.
