The value of diversity is that if you hire all people from Harvard, that sounds great, right?

You get them in the room, they're all going to be thinking the same way, they're going to be interacting with each other the same way,

they're going to see the world in a similar fashion and

when you bring in people from differing backgrounds, experiences, cultures, you name it,

now all of a sudden you look at a problem you're seeing it from all angles.

called Jopwell. He is trying to create opportunities for career advancement for people of color and I find this to be

fascinating because for all the talk and all the yammering about diversity in the workplace, we still got a long way to go.

We sought him out to find out what's going on right now as 2019 has begun. Where are there opportunities? What can we all do to

build more diverse teams and how we can manage that process? So here's our
