I actually kind of built my life as if it was a video game.

I turned myself into a character, created a series of quests and missions to complete with treasures

and rewards if I were to complete certain missions

accountability or negative consequences if I were to skip out on doing certain things

so I tried to remove as much of the need for willpower and as much of the

need for motivation as humanly possible because I know if I only relied on those two

things stuff never would have got done.
