Hello friends, happy Thursday, I hope your day is treating you well.

Today we are discussing the levels of health for Anya Graham type 8, but first today's

rosebud and thorn.

My rose today is that the co-working space I moved into has free coffee, tea and kombucha,

and I love free stuff.

I know that buying a bottle of kombucha is not something that I can't just do and have

in my house, and it'd be just as luxurious, but the fact that it's provided for me really

boosts my day.

My thorn is that I haven't sat at a desk for hours at a time in over a month, and I forgot

how much it hurts.

It's not good for you.

It's not right, and my back is very tired of sitting down right now, so having to stand

up as much as I can throughout the day, get some walks in, that's my thorn.

My bud is that one of those days where I could, like today, is one of those days where I

could have just fallen asleep again, like I woke up, I went to the living room and did

yoga, and while I was doing yoga, my little, he, like, woke up, went into the living room,

lay down, cuddled up with a blanket and a pillow, and just fell back asleep, and I think

that was the vibe.

Like I think I could have done that, and so my bud, what I'm looking forward to, is getting

back into my bed tonight, and reading my book, laying on our mattress, feeling our

cozy sheets, and just, like, sinking into the bed.
