podcast in a while. I keep saying this. It's like I should just put this on repeat, but we went to Costa Rica, so we were gone for almost two weeks and then we got back and we had some illnesses probably related to the trip but we're all feeling better

so I thought I'd make a quick podcast talking about something that I've talked about

so often but I think it's so important that I'm just going to keep saying it

over and over again. And that is the concept of sort of building up when it comes to new habits and yeah just our everyday responsibilities

building up or leveling up and so this is actually I just finished my third book and the final chapter is actually

called leveling up. And I like this way of describing it because it feels very much like you're defeating new levels, like a video game.

And you know, if you're a gamer, you have to beat your current level in order to get to the next level or

unlock the next level. And it is so true when it comes to life.

It's the same exact concept of a video game. And so when you're looking at something like organizing your home or losing weight or getting

your finances in order, saving money for retirement, whatever it is that you have this goal in your mind, the end result is what we want and that can seem impossible to reach.

That can seem just really overwhelming, like how do you get there and what steps do you take and how does this huge task even seem possible when you're starting from day one.
