yeah, be better adults, but it's one thing to wish it and it's one thing to do it.

And I'm doing a lot of wishing and not a lot of doing,

especially when it comes to these five things that I want to start incorporating into my every day.

And I think the reason so many of us, me included,

we aren't making huge strives towards the things we know we should be doing.

We're not actually, you know, we should go to bed earlier.

We should get up earlier.

We should drink more water.

Whatever it is that we know we should do.
