I want to talk just to you as an entrepreneur, not just real state.

Okay, here's a simple question. Do you consider yourself a leader?

Yeah. Okay. And how have you developed your leadership skills?

Oh, what a great question.

I don't, I've never sat down and said,

okay, let's develop my leadership skills.

What are these?

A, B and C?

Okay.

And my husband and I, and this isn't gonna be super helpful

to anybody who has questions about this.

We've always just kind of magically been on the same page

about real estate investing, so there was no like me having

to convince him or him having to convince me so both of us together have always

just kind of said oh let's do this like let's try this, let's try that. And we haven't really had a lot of failures,

at least not any like catastrophic ones. So I think just by going and doing and trying

things and you learn by doing and then once you

know how to do then you're able to effectively lead.

So I've really just developed any leader skip skills that I potentially have by just getting out there and doing stuff.

Got it. So, so, wealthy investor used to be called Future Flipper, right? And then Ryan Paneda started the wealthy way, right?

Which is our mission is building leaders enriching communities. So we want to

take individuals, build them up financially with their faith, with their health, with their community, like build them up in all aspects of their life, right?
