I want to talk about me and well a lot of these episodes start with me and they

start with me checking myself, but I had a recent gut check, you know, just sometimes life just, aye, just, hmm, gets you in the gut and wakes you up to some things in your life and and we've recently leveled up our

business we we hired okay so we have over 10 people, over full time people, over 10 full time people on the team.

And then we have a handful, probably five, yeah, over five contractors that we work with in a pretty

regular capacity some working with us weekly okay and and now we have intern

so all of that together,
