Most of the time, the changes we need to make are small but significant. It could be as simple as cutting back on something that brings temporary pleasure but ultimately holds you back. When you write down your goals and compare them to your daily habits, you'll see what doesn't align, and you'll know what needs to go.
This isn't about learning something new or adding more to your life. It's about doing less—letting go of what no longer serves you. Imagine if everyone woke up tomorrow and stopped doing just one thing that doesn't serve them. The world would change.
One example is watching the news. It's not about staying uninformed, but rather about being mindful of the energy you consume. If you're constantly feeding on negativity, you're not going to reach your highest potential. Instead, focus on leveling up yourself, and by doing so, you'll naturally uplift those around you.
You don't need to do more; you need to believe in your power to change. Stop waiting for external validation or for circumstances to change. You are a high-frequency being, created from the most high, and you're meant to rise. The things that keep you down are often the ones you're most attached to, but they don't have the power to hold you unless you let them.
It's challenging to let go, especially of things we love, but it's necessary for growth. Whether it's a person, place, or thing, if it's hurting you, it's time to release it. From this moment on, you can't say you don't know. You've heard it now, and it's time to reflect and make the changes that will lead you to your highest self.
You are here for a purpose, and your journey is about becoming the best version of yourself.
