| 1:50.0 | So I get diagnosed with sleep apnea and I was embarrassed that that was a diagnosis that now is on my list of things going on inside of me. So I went in and had a sleep test and oh my gosh it's |

| 2:36.8 | And so they do the test and I find out that on average I stop breathing for at least 10 seconds 48 times an hour. |

| 2:47.0 | Yeah, the length of one stop 36 seconds. |

| 2:52.0 | And I've got to get one of those CPAP machines and yada yada yada. |
| 2:57.0 | Well, as soon as I get diagnosed I go to my counseling appointment. |
