Summary
In this episode, we dive deep into freeing ourselves from pain, trauma, and challenges so we can live in joy and embrace our desires. It’s about releasing control, letting go, and finding peace in the present moment.
We often talk about stepping into our power and taking charge, but sometimes we need to slow down and just be. It’s okay to let go, to cry, to feel upset, and even to fail. We are part of the universe, not separate from it. When you resist the chaos around you, it takes effort.
You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t need to win or prove yourself to others. God and the Universe know what they’re doing far more than we do.
There’s a version of you beyond the pain you feel now. This version doesn’t need to impress anyone and loves you just as you are. Whether you’re on top of the world or feeling lost, you’re valuable simply because of who you are, not because of what you do.
Your current state—whether it’s stress, anxiety, or exhaustion—doesn’t define your worth. Instead, it’s a signal to stop carrying the weight of the world and just breathe.
No matter where you are in life, you have the power to create something beautiful. But before you can step into that power, you need to let go. Let go of the past, of negative self-talk, of the burdens you’ve been carrying.
You’ve likely carried so much for others—your family, your boss, your friends—but it’s time to release that weight. The anxiety you’re feeling is a result of trying to hold everything together. Let it go.
It’s not always about what you do, but what you don’t do. Let go of the thoughts that say “I can’t,” and let them flow through you.
You are the one meant to do something different, to create a future that’s unlike anything you’ve seen before. You are enough as you are, and there are people in your life who will love and support you no matter what.
Forgiveness starts with you. If you can’t forgive yourself for not being perfect, you won’t be able to receive the love and forgiveness from others.
You are not here by accident. Your ideas and dreams have a purpose. In this episode, we talk about how everything you’re going through is leading you toward becoming the person you’re meant to be. Life is a process of becoming, and it’s unfolding perfectly for you.
You’re not alone in this journey. We are all becoming the best versions of ourselves, one breath at a time.
