in our morning mindset family.

All right, let's remind ourselves that when we pray, we're actually speaking to a person

who truly exists.

This is the God of the universe.

And we come to him through our faith in Jesus Christ, Jesus his son died on the cross

to among other things provide us access to the Father by the virtue of his perfect life

and shed blood to forgive us of our sins and make a way for us to step into the holy presence

of Almighty God.

This is a miracle every time we do it, every time we take a request to the Lord, whether

that's in a formal time of prayer like this or in a quick prayer throughout the day,

we engage in a miracle brought to us by our Savior Jesus Christ.

So let's take this seriously and let's pray together.
