Hello, hello, hello, welcome back to episode three of self-care and chill with Maui.

Another episode of us talking about relationships, love, toxic people, your girlfriends, your family, sex.

Did I say sex? Because that's exactly what we're going to be talking about today.

And if you missed episode two, we talked about self-love and being on your self-love journey, letting go of toxic people, not continuously going back to the same person that hurt you,

just really being patient on your journey of loving yourself and not being hard on yourself.

But today I want to switch to tone up. If you know anything about me, then you know I always got something nasty and sexual to say.

I'm always, my mind is in the gutter all the time.

So today I want to really just dive right in with talking about sex.

It's so taboo, I feel like some people get super uncomfortable. So now I'm really excited to be able to do this on my podcast and to be able to say things freely for you guys to just listen and being your living room listening and say things freely without the feeling of being judged, you know, when we're on Instagram or a TikTok or something like that, people are in the comments making you feel uncomfortable for certain things that you may be into.

And with that being said, today we talked about having a disclaimer in the beginning when you first start being sexual with somebody, you don't want to be uncomfortable, but I know that some of us are into certain things that our partners may not be into.
