Okay, so working with thoughts is one of the main things that we're doing in a

meditation practice because our conditioning around thoughts is to take

them so personally to be so consumed by them to view our life through the

lens of thought that that actually becomes our reality. And so one of the

freeing aspects of mindfulness of meditation and contemplative practice as a

whole is just being able to unburden yourself from the over identification

with thoughts, the mistaking thoughts as reality, as you. And there are a lot

of ways to work with thoughts within a meditation practice, but one of the

foolproof, is just simply watching them over and over and over as a form of a
