Greg Moecono, the guitar player from the Mother Hips, which I consider one of

my favorite bands of all time. If you haven't heard of the Mother Hips, you're

probably like who the hell's the Mother Hips. That's what a lot of people say when

I talk to about them. They're a band that's been together for 22 years, a

touring band, putting out incredible records, influencing other bands like

Black Rose and stuff like that, and just, you know, heroes and heroes. They're

not fucking working day jobs. They're making music. They've been making music for

22 years. They got together in Chico and they're just amazing. It's always been

my favorite for the second I saw them. And I hope you guys enjoy it. I hope that

you seek out the Mother Hips after this interview, listen to their music, and tell

friends. That's, you know, that's how it worked in the old days. Word of mouth.
