Hello everyone, Picked on Sonia, now it's Disability History Month.

And to make podcasts even more accessible for people who are blind or law-vision, I'll

be adding a bespoke intro, providing a visual description of myself to all our ramble

episodes and we're encouraging all podcasters to do the same.

This is a really important thing because we want to make podcasting as a medium as inclusive

as possible and to offer a visual experience to all of those participating in this audio

based format.

So to visually describe myself, I'm a white man, I have dark brown hair that's straight,

very straight in rather unlovable 1990s curtains revealing very sharp woodles peak.

The sharpest woodles peak in podcasting, I think it's fair to say.

I wear black coloured NHS glasses over my dark hair's eyes and today I'm wearing a

Kashima antler's Jailey tracksuit top that really is rather scratchy.
