Today, actually, it's the perfect day because I've taken a little bit of the day to myself.

I'm sitting in my bedroom, looking outside, got taznecks to me,

cup of tea, sardews out, and the kids are with their dad.

So I would call this a total self-care day and the others are all working way downstairs.

So I was going through all your messages and I get so many questions about my daily skincare

routine. Now, as most of you know, I'm fairly useless at this, so I wasn't, I've sort of been

putting off doing this podcast because I think, how am I going to speak about my skincare routine

for 30 to 40 minutes? So I'm going to do my best and explain the things that I do or how my

skin has changed over the years and just taking care of yourself, full stop. So I'm really lucky

that obviously I have a boyfriend now, Sergio, who's a sportsman. So, you know, we're quite healthy
