we have been talking about money. You've heard my story,

you've heard Shay's story. We'll repeat it a little bit today if you haven't. But we are so pleased to welcome

Shay's dear friend, Amber Gunn to the show today.

She's going to school us and encourage us.

She is a homemaker.

She's a mother of five, so we have a lot of connecting points. I know you're going to feel a really great

connection to her. She and her husband own multiple businesses and they

manage their own rental properties. So she's got a whole school of experience and she's going to really encourage us in the art of finance today.

You guys, this is fun too because you get to see her if you're

watching on YouTube. Amber lives like two minutes down the road from me. But yeah it's a

special privilege that not many people have.

This is really exciting.

And the reason I wanted to bring Amber on

is because Amber is a dear friend of mine. And Amber is one of those dear friends that you get to talk about money with

and first off I've heard many pastors say there's two reasons that they see most people in their offices, sex and money.

And it begs the question, why don't we feel like we can even have this conversation about money? Why is it such a off-topic thing?

Because I think people can very quickly veer into cringy areas with money, like money, money,

money touches parts of our past and our childhood,
