Well, howdy there, Internet People Lidsboo again. So today we are going to talk about

the Supreme Court of the United States and the decisions, the releases that came out

yesterday. Now realistically there should be more

that come out today we will discuss them at a later point in time. There were three big moves made by the Supreme Court yesterday, but I don't

think that these are the final word on any of them really but we will go through them okay so

starting off the Supreme Court cited with Smog in a 5-4 decision.

The Supreme Court cited with Republican-led states that wanted to block a regulation by the EPA, I believe it's called the Good Neighbor Rule, and it deals

with pollution, air pollution, crossing state lines.

It will remain blocked, but this is going back to court.

This isn't over.

It just, it will not be enforced for the time being. In Idaho, one that we knew

was coming, a 6-3 decision there, really more of a procedural ruling.

It allows emergency abortions to take place in Idaho and Idaho alone. This is also going back to court. This one

isn't over either and it doesn't have impacts in other states.

And then the last one in a six three ruling,

the Supreme Court decided that if somebody is accused by the SEC of wrongdoing,

well, they get to have a jury trial rather than the administrative proceedings that have

been occurring.

This is one that is probably going to have really far-reaching effects.

There are a lot of regulatory agencies that use these administrative proceedings.

Everything ranging from the environment to the workplace.

Without a new statute, this is definitely going to end up going back to court unless they
