about Wisconsin specifically the eighth congressional district up there which I

believe is in the northeast and what's going on up

there of course for those who don't remember this would be Gallagher's seat. The Republican who is leaving, this is his seat. So it's

going to be vacant. The Democratic Party did not run someone in 2020.

That appears to be changing.

The... to be changing. The Republican Party is of course just very unhappy with how things

are shaping up with this seat because of the timing when it comes to Gallagher's departure,

there will not be a special election. So the seat will remain vacant for

quite some time and then it'll be filled come

November. The first person with the Democratic Party to announce is

Kimberly Lirely. You might remember that name. There was that

whole legal thing about protecting reproductive rights. She had a little bit to do with that.

She had been talking about running for office for a while, for a bit at least,

but she was going back and forth between looking at the state legislature or the Congress
