Well, howdy there internet people, let's bow again.

So today we are going to talk about the Department of Defense,

a memo, and how Senator Tuberville's game plan is going for the annual DOD Senate football game.

The Secretary of Defense has put out a memo when I August 2nd and it was basically

aimed at explaining how to quote mitigate the harms caused by the Republican Party which apparently

is now led by Senator Tuberville. It says this unprecedented across the board hold is having a cascading effect

increasingly hindering the normal operations of this department and

undermining both our military readiness and our national security.

If you don't know, the senator has been holding up promotions.

Promotions in the military are not just

It's not just an award or something like that. It has to do with command structure. It creates vacancies and vacuums

It creates issues.

So in order to mitigate the harm,

something completely unforeseen, something nobody could have guessed at, is going to occur.

Officers 08 and below, well you can be acting now.

If you are, you know, a three or a four star, you can't P2, but you can't vacate your

current position. I mean the lieutenant general you

can do whatever you want but the the point is that now the vacuums can be filled with with people who are now acting in that capacity rather than them sitting vacant or rather than people trying

to fill in in a less than official capacity, they're just moving them over.

So again, nobody could have seen that coming.

The result here for Tuberville is it is first down, you are down by one point. It's the fourth quarter. There's a minute on the clock and you're on the five yard line and you have taken a knee. From that point forward your opinion no longer

matters. The Republican Party has basically seated control of the military to the executive branch that advice and
