Well, howdy there internet people, let's bow again. So today we are going to talk

about Trump, the Supreme Court, Kings, and kind of go over what occurred at the Supreme Court and the decision that was

reached when it comes to the idea of presidential immunity.

The majority decision in what matters broke it down into three categories.

Core constitutional acts,

acts, official acts, and unofficial acts.

Core constitutional acts, absolute immunity.

Official acts, absolute immunity.

Official acts, presumptive immunity.

Unofficial acts, none.

What is a core constitutional act?

That is something that is literally written in the Constitution. You

don't need immunity for that. It's absolute. Presumptive immunity for official acts.

So a presumptive immunity is not impossible to get over, but it's incredibly hard.

Every act will now be argued.

And a president who is accused of wrongdoing will say that it was an official act and they will have a presumptive immunity that they will have the prosecution would have to try to get over.

And then if they can get it out of that category and get it viewed as an unofficial act.

The Supreme Court kind of hampered it there too because they indicated that you can't use evidence from an official act to

prosecute an unofficial act. It's going to make it very difficult to move forward. This was a 6-3 decision. It is a bad sign.
