So today, we're going to talk about Trump's surrender to Iran. Seems like a

harsh characterization of the events, right? Yeah, well, it's the Republican one. Trump's self-proclaimed

excursion worked out about as well as the SS minnows and ended in a wreck.

Trump overpromised and under-delivered, and Republican figures are upset.

Defense commentators who told the country this would be easy are upset.

Conservative commentators are upset, and the list goes on and on. And why shouldn't they be

upset? He made them look dumb. A lot of them helped him try to sell the war to the American people,

only to watch him walk away from all of their hardline rhetoric.

Trump is now indicating he may not even try to negotiate over the enriched uranium.

He sent Americans into harm's way over.

He said, quote,

We're going to go get it, but to go get it is a big deal, because they say only China and us have the

equipment where you can even get. The whole mountain is collapsed on top. You could make the case

why even bother? Because it's not really valuable. It's probably half a million dollars worth.

It's not very valuable.
