dates because Trump has a date. The election case now has a date.

What happened?

If you remember the government, Smith wanted a date in January of 2024.

Team Trump wanted a date set so far in the future

that Philip J. Fry could have been a juror sometime in 2026.

The judge was like, yeah, that's not going to work.

The trial is set for March 4th, 2024. Now there are going to be

other dates leading up to that that will be important. October 9th, pre-trial motions,

December 4th is 404b evidence.

December 11th, expert witnesses.

December 18th is exhibits in January 15th are like the jury questions and stuff like that.

So that's your schedule.

Trump of course has declared that this is election interference.

No, again, that's the case you're facing, not what's happening.

I would like to just remind everybody that delaying proceedings to benefit a

candidate in an election would be election interference.

That's what that would be.

That would be interfering with the election.

The trial should go on with no no consideration of the election.
