Well, howdy there internet people, it's Bowe again. So today we are going to talk

about some developments coming out of New York and Georgia concerning Trump.

We have been trying to keep most of the procedural Trump news over on the Roads with Bo,

over on the other channel.

In fact, we put out a video this morning covering the important events of late.

However, there have been two developments that will not hold until the next update.

So we're going to run through those real quick.

Starting in New York, this is the civil case

where they are seeking a minimum of $250 million.

That case was kind of on hold.

But a five judge panel has decided, nope, it's not on hold anymore.

Trial starts on Monday.

On Monday.

Now, initially that trial was supposed to run from Monday until right before Christmas.

I want to say December 22nd, but given the fact that some of the major questions have been resolved in that case

it will move a little bit faster. People have been asking what shorter means.

Not short, just shorter. The witness list, I want to say it has like

a hundred names on it. It still looks like it's most likely going to be, uh, let's just say tedious. So it won't last until Christmas, but

it's probably not going to be over in a day or two.

OK, moving to Georgia.

Trump has decided, well, let me just read it.

Trump now notifies the court that he will not be seeking to remove his case to federal court.
