So today, we're going to talk about a question on judges legislating from the bench and Trump.

Well, we have a question today that we definitely need to pay attention to.

Can you at least agree that these activist judges are overstepping their bounds?

They're supposed to interpret the law, not create it.

That's the president's job.

They are legislating from the bench instead of letting the president do his job.

I know that you disagree with Trump, but you seem to care about the Constitution. How can you not see what

these judges are doing by obstructing Trump's actions as unconstitutional? If this sounded like a good

question, I am begging you to sit down and read the Constitution. If you don't want to read it,

and you can listen to someone else read it. Okay, so why did this make my eye twitch?

faithfully execute the laws. Article 2, section 3. So who creates the laws? In the next sentence,

you say, quote, they are legislating from the bench instead of letting the president do his job.

It's called legislating from the bench. The legislative branch creates the laws. Congress creates the laws. Congress controls the

purse strings. If Congress creates an agency or appropriates funding, the president is supposed to do

what Congress says. Notice that in the Constitution, there is no mechanism for the President to fire a Congressperson or a judge.

But there is a way for Congress to fire the President.

Over the last few years, a lot of people have come under the mistaken belief that the President has all the power.
