Well, howdy there internet people, let bow again so today we are going to talk about

former president Trump and his immunity claims and his announcement he is

apparently going to attend that hearing in person, good for him.

And we're just going to kind of run through that and talk about a new aspect of it that he is trying to push forward and go through that

just a little bit. Okay, so on the off chance that you're not aware of what's going

on when it comes to the criminal cases against former President Trump one of the

things that he is claiming is presidential immunity. The idea

that he can't be charged because he was president and so on and so forth.

Generally speaking, this is widely viewed as a losing argument but he and his team are going to be there and try to present their side of

it.

Fine.

So let's just say that we're going to try to make this argument stick for a second. The key thing that he would have to demonstrate

is that he was operating within the confines of his duties, the outer perimeter of them, to use the actual language.

And he's trying to put forth the idea via his little Twitter clone, that that's what he was doing.

He has put out a post that says, I wasn't campaigning, the election was long over I was looking for voter fraud and finding it
