Well, howdy there, internet people, it's Bell again.

So today, we're going to talk about Trump dismissing Epstein as a hoax again.

As the situation over Epstein reaches press conference with the Capitol as the background levels of coverage,

Trump is trying to get the American public to talk about something else.

Anything else.

A bipartisan group of representatives is trying to make sure Trump doesn't get his way

and are trying to use a discharge petition to force Republican leadership to allow a vote on disclosing documentation.

At my last count, assuming the Democratic Party signs on in mass,

they only need two more signatures to force a vote.

It's entirely possible that those signatures have come in since I recorded this.

However, Republican leadership, many of whom campaigned on this topic, are mounting a pressure

campaign to stop Republicans from signing on.

Moments after those directly impacted by Epstein spoke, Trump said, quote, what they're

trying to do with the Epstein hoax is get people to talk about that.

That's less inflammatory than his statements in July, saying that those who care about his case are his past supporters, and saying, quote,

let these weaklings continue forward and do the Democrats work. Don't even

think about talking of our incredible and unprecedented success, because I don't want their support

anymore. For years, the Republican talking point was that any alleged client list would be populated by Democrats.

Now, Republicans refused to release the list and say those seeking it are perpetrating a Democratic

hoax.

Republicans released a bunch of documents and seemed to try to pass it off as full disclosure.
