So today, we're going to talk about Trump being forced to let them eat cake.

As part of Trump's campaign against the working class in the United States,

one of the administration's favorite targets is SNAP, which is a USDA food assistance program

for people making right at the poverty line or below. Billionaires dividing the working class

is a time-honored tradition and a way for those in power to remain in power. It's a ploy that still works today.

And we all watched people cheer this on,

only to later watch those same people realize

they couldn't make ends meet when gas prices went up.

If the gas price increase was a source of stress for you,

you're closer to being on snap

than being one of the people who really benefited from the tax cuts.

When income inequality between the ruling class and the working class grows to extremes,

the ruling class continually makes decisions and statements that show how disconnected they are

from the people they're supposed to be leading. The best known example is the legend that says

Marie Antoinette was told that the peasants didn't have bread, and she said to let them eat cake.

Well, Trump and his crew seem to despise the working class so much that they didn't even

want them doing that.

He pushed to cut sweets and soda from the SNAP program.

Imagine being so disconnected that you're actually worse than the centuries-old meme describing

disconnected rulers. Either way, federal judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled in favor of SNAP recipients in

Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, Tennessee, and West Virginia, and decided they could eat cake.
