So today we are going to talk about Trump and the documents case

and some late-breaking developments from last night and panic.

Okay, so the Wall Street Journal put out a report and basically it indicated that the special counsel's office is close to a charging decision on the documents case.

Shortly thereafter, Trump asked to speak to the manager.

A letter was posted to his want to be Twitter that was addressed to Merrick Garland and C.C.

Representatives of Congress asking for a meeting.

Now, this is not uncommon. for a meeting.

Now this is not uncommon.

When high-end attorneys feel like their clients is about to be indicted, they will often ask for a meeting with senior DOJ people.

And it's kind of like a last-ditch effort to stop their clients from being indicted.

Generally speaking, the attorney general is not the person they ask for a meeting with,

but you know, Trump needs to speak to it just the manager the regional manager I guess

Going all the way to corporate with this

It seems like a move that is motivated by panic. Is that justified? There has been a lot of

news coming out, little bits and pieces about evidence that doesn't really relate to a

charging decision such as the archive stuff.

You know, that's one of those things, they don't have to prove

the classification stuff, that they really don't.

It's not necessary for the necessary for most of the anticipated charges.

But it would be useful to have all of that stuff on hand if you were planning to indict and take him to trial because that is an apparent
