| 1:31.0 | There will be forecast soon talking about how things are going to shape up this year, |
| 1:37.0 | but the general tone is that things are going to warm soon which will lead to evaporation and there |

| 1:59.1 | with the National Weather Services Colorado Basin River Forecast Center. We're definitely |
| 2:05.1 | going in the right direction but we still have a long way to go and that is the the general consensus. |

| 2:19.5 | that some of the water management areas are going to see this and not continue to take the |
| 2:26.9 | precautions that they should and not continue to manage as if they're still in a decades long drought. |
