about the National Guard we're talk about the National Guard and that deployment

down to the border.

A lot of people are talking about it, and most of them are focused on the whole,

it's funded by a private donor thing, and wondering if that's even legal legal if you don't know what I'm talking

about the governor of South Dakota has decided to send 50 National Guard troops to the

southern border to assist in securing the border and it's being paid for by private donation.

There are people who are wondering if that's legal.

I'll be honest, I have no clue. I have no idea if that's legal I would be surprised if Congress

had taken the time to say you can't do that because it up to a few years ago this was unimaginable.

And not just in the way people are thinking.

There's something else and there's an entirely different conversation that I think needs to be happening.
