Well, howdy there internet people, it's Bow again. So today we are going to talk

about the news coming out of Georgia, dealing with Trump, and that case

there and media companies and what has been decided as far as the

release of the information generated during that was

And what it means Okay, so if you have no idea what I'm talking about

The special grand jury that was convened in Georgia to look into what happened during and after the 2020 election.

That special grand jury, it ended a while ago.

It issued a report that went to the district attorney.

A whole bunch of media companies are like, we want that report,

and they took it to court.

The judge has at least partially

cited with the media companies.

The judge has decided that the introduction, the conclusion, and Section 8, which is a section, I think it's Section 8.

There is a section that will be released that discusses how the special grand jury felt in relation to the

possibility of some of the people who testified before them having lied

to them. Now the district attorney was very opposed to this saying that

you know I'm one of the only people that have read this report and it would be inappropriate to release it at this time.

Charging decisions are imminent, so on and so forth.

The judge felt otherwise saying,

while a publication may not be convenient for the pacing of the district attorney's

investigation, the compelling public interest in these proceedings and the unquestionable value and importance of transparency require their release.

So, it looks like on Thursday those sections of that report from the special grand jury will be released.
