put out theirs yet. The university has. Their April forecast for this year's hurricane season, which runs from June 1st to November 30th under normal circumstances, includes 23 named Storms.

If that sounds high to you, it's because it is.

On average, there are 14.

They are saying that there will be 11 hurricanes.

On average, there are 7. And they are saying

there will be 5 major hurricanes, which means categories 3, 4, and 5. Under normal circumstances, the average is three. Okay, so why, right?
